Nicole makes amazing baked goods. The three tiered cake for our wedding was beautiful and elegant. Not only was it gorgeous, it was delicious. It had a light buttercream frosting, moist cake and delicate crumb. We couldn’t of had a better cake for our wedding, as it doesn’t get better than The Sweet Ship

Nicole’s treats create memories. She made the dessert for our son’s baptism. Years later when people look back on the event they still comment on how delicious the dessert was. What’s so amazing about Nicole’s desserts is that she takes the ordinary and makes them extraordinary. She incorporates unexpected twists and flavor combinations that cannot be found in traditional bakeries. Nicole pours her heart and soul into everything she makes and you can taste it! She is the modern day version of “Like Water for Chocolate”. Above the delicious product, Nicole is easy to work with. Nicole DiBella certainly dazzled when making cupcakes for our MorDance Season Five Reception. Not only were the cupcakes delicious and beautiful but she was a joy to work with. She is quick and clear to respond to emails and made the whole process of selecting and delivering cupcakes for our event seamless. Our patrons raved about one cupcake more than the next. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Nicole back in 2015. After witnessing her baked goods a few times, we mustered up the courage to ask her if she would be interested in making our wedding cake. It was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Over the following months, she was professional, creative and a true asset in helping us choose the type of cake to truly fit ur needs and wants. In my extensive experience in eating cakes at events I have noticed there are two scenarios: the cake is stunningly beautiful, but tastes like cardboard, or the cake leaves a lot to be desired aesthetically, but it is delicious. This is not the case with Nicole’s cakes. She manages to bake beautiful, creative, and unique confections while delivering spectacular flavors and textures. And I must add that she isn’t afraid of a challenge–or to create a naughty cake concept for special occasions. I hire her whenever a cake is needed — I love her cakes!–Justin Reed
